Purpose and Acceptance

The website sitecsarl.com presents the activities and capabilities of SITEC SARL. By accessing it, you accept these terms together with the Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Nature of the Information

Service descriptions, aggregate figures (hectares surveyed, kilometres inspected, number of sites or countries) and case studies are provided for guidance, to illustrate our areas of work. Case studies are anonymised and presented by category of experience.

This information is neither a contractual offer nor a guarantee of availability or of any result on a given project. The content of the site may change without notice.

Services and Contracting

Every engagement is defined by a written proposal or quotation followed by a signed purchase order or contract, which set out the scope, deliverables, schedule, price and any special conditions. Those documents prevail over the content of the website.

SITEC SARL does not act as Engineer of Record or as a full EPCM contractor. Certified or stamped designs and regulated acts — in particular cadastral and boundary survey acts, reserved in Mali to registered géomètres-experts — are carried out by or with licensed partners under separate agreements.

Cancellation and Refunds

Nothing can be purchased or paid for on this website, so no online refund policy applies.

For contracted services, cancellation and refund conditions are set out in each signed proposal. Unless otherwise stipulated, the following default rules apply:

• The client may cancel an engagement by written notice.
• Work performed and costs incurred up to the effective cancellation date (mobilisation, travel, third-party services) remain payable.
• Any advance paid in excess of the work performed and costs incurred is refunded within 30 days.
• SITEC SARL may suspend or terminate an engagement, with reasonable notice, in case of force majeure, site-access or security conditions incompatible with performance, or non-payment.

Intellectual Property

The content of the website and the names "SITEC" and "SitecFly" are protected for the benefit of SITEC SARL (see the Legal Notice). Intellectual property in deliverables produced during an engagement is governed by the corresponding contract.

Acceptable Use

It is prohibited:

• to extract, copy or automatically collect the content of the site (scraping);
• to attempt unauthorised access to the site, its hosting or its associated services, or to disrupt their operation;
• to use the contact form for unsolicited prospecting, abusive messages or the communication of false information.

Liability

SITEC SARL uses reasonable means to ensure the availability and accuracy of the website, without warranting that it will be free of interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, SITEC SARL shall not be liable for indirect damage arising from the use of the site or from the inability to use it.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the applicable law. Third-party websites reachable by link are the sole responsibility of their publishers.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by Malian law and, where applicable, by the OHADA Uniform Acts. Any dispute relating to the website shall first be the subject of an attempt at amicable settlement; failing that, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of Bamako. In the event of any discrepancy between the French and English versions, the French version prevails.
